Requirements:

• Established professional, empathetic, and engaged customer service model
• Team player
• Comfortable with multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks
• Verified record of punctuality/attendance and time management

Physical Requirements:

• Physically fit to stand, walk, bend, twist and lift up to 30 kg, and to work at counter height for up to an 8 hour shift
• Constant computer, POS, and bar equipment use at counter height
• Frequent, continual, intermittent flexing and/or rotation of the wrist and spine
• Constant receiving, interpreting, and providing detailed information through oral communication
• Clarity of vision at near and/or far distance
• Occasionally be able to accurately distinguish and describe flavors and odours.

• Ability to understand and carry out instructions delivered both orally and in written format – and request clarification if necessary

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous coffeehouse or customer service experience
• Safe food handling certificate
• Knowledge and/or love of coffee and tea
